Breaking Point explores the materiality of objects that confront each other, yet exist in the same space, in her series, Breaking Point. Inspired by day-to-day interactions between the natural landscape and urban concrete foundations, The work proposes that notions of vulnerability and strength are synonyms, rather than opposing concepts, offering metaphors for relationships, while commenting on Houston’s growing landscape.
